In the not-too-distant future, the world’s most dangerous criminals are sentenced to a new form of detainment and rehabilitation: holographic stasis. This scientific breakthrough allows the top scientists to rehabilitate the souls of criminals and put them back into their bodies. Terrorist Slash Gallagher (Evan Lurie, DOUBLE IMPACT) is captured by rookie cop Decoda (Joe Lara, TARZAN IN MANHATTAN) and is sentenced to holographic stasis. However, Gallagher’s wicked soul escapes in its holographic form, allowing him to control technology from banks to heavy artillery, and the only person who can get into Gallagher’s mind and stop him is Decoda himself.
