Samantha (Cynthia Dale, MY BLOODY VALENTINE) is a single mother pulling double duty as an office secretary and the co-founder of the hot new gym in down, Heavenly Bodies. Business is doing well, she’s found a second chance at love with football player Steve (Richard Rebiere), and she’s landed a gig hosting an aerobics program on a major TV network. The only problem? In landing that gig, she’s ruffled the feathers of a wealthy fitness tycoon and his lover, who threaten to buy her out. Holding onto her integrity, she challenges them to a televised, winner-take-all aerobics tournament.
